Author Guidelines

1.     General Requirements

International Journal of Advances in Intelligent Informatics minimum requirements must be

1.      in English.

2.      The maximum length of the delivered paper is 25 pages. Editors are welcome if articles require more than 20 pages.

3.      Use the Mendeley tool to manage and format references and select APA style. Make sure your article is prepared using the paper template (download) and the publication agreement if accepted.

2.     Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the article is no longer than 15 words, without abbreviations and acronyms. The title must be written briefly and clearly and clearly indicate the problem to be raised, must not offer different interpretations, must not contain rarely used abbreviations, not too long (no more than 15 words), Times New Roman, font size 14 pt.
  2. Name of author. The full member's address and corresponding email address must be added to the full name without academic degrees and titles, the name of the author.
  3. Summary. The paper is written in one paragraph containing 150 to 250 WORDS; No quote; In abstract, make a general statement about the impotence of the topic, gaps in the literature or inconsistencies between theory and practice, research objective, method, main findings and conclusions. Summaries for each language can be written in only one paragraph in one column. Keywords: 2-5 words or groups of words written in English, written in alphabetical order.
  4. Introduction (12 pt, repeat new novel). The introduction must include (in order) the general background, the prior art underlying the scientific news for the articles, the scientific news, and the research problems or hypotheses. The purpose of the article review should be written at the end of the introduction. In the form of scientific articles, a literature review is not allowed, as in a research report, but is in the form of a recent research article to demonstrate the scientific novelty of the article.
  5. Research method (12pt, Times New Roman). This section includes the author(s) in sufficient detail about the study preparation for data collection and processing. The author(s) must submit a chronological report of the research, covering the preparation of the research material, planning and research procedures. In addition, an explanation is needed about the methods used in the research. This part fills 10-15% of the manuscript.
  6. Research results and discussion (12pt, Times New Roman). This subsection contains the authors' statements about the research design chosen from one of the three research approaches, i.e., qualitative, quantitative or mixed research. Each approach provides different research agendas for different research agendas. For example, in quantitative research there are pre-experimental, real-experimental and quasi-experimental research designs. At the same time, qualitative and mixed methods offer other models. This subsection should be part of the methods section. Therefore, it also provides a brief description of the variables under study.
  7. Conclusion and proposal (12pt, Times New Roman). The conclusion describes the answer to the hypothesis and/or the purpose of the study or the scientific results obtained. Conclusions do not involve repeating and discussing the results, but rather summarize the results as expected in objectives or hypotheses. In this section, the author(s) should present their opinion on the main results and implications of the study, but not on the entire study. No new information is brought to the conclusion.
  8. Acknowledgment (optional) (12 pt, Times New Roman). This section can be written if certain parties, such as study sponsors, need to be acknowledged. Acknowledgment should be written briefly and clearly. Additionally, avoid acknowledging hyperbole
  9. Fonts (12pt, Times New Roman). References are written in APA style. All references mentioned in the text of the article must be registered in the References section. The bibliography must contain reference collections of original sources (scientific journals and at least 80% of the entire bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. Each article contains at least 10 (ten) references. A reference management application such as Mendeley, EndNote or Zotero etc. should be used when writing the citation system of the article text and writing the reference list.

Reference management applications such as Mendeley, End Note, Zotero or others should be used when writing references. The writing format used in JOSE Languages ​​and Language Learning conforms to the APA (American Psychological Association) format.
